Faith Formation in a Hybrid World content was created and curated by

Hannah Graham, Consultant for Congregational Learning

Hannah's vocation is to create space for people to know God. She helps others create this space both online and onsite through conversations, learning, experiences, and community.  She graduated with a bachelor's degree in interpersonal communications from University of Notre Dame of Maryland.  For 15 years, she designed and implemented Christian formation programs for all ages in Episcopal congregations.  She is a trainer for the Education for Ministry program at Sewanee, University of the South and mother to 3 busy young boys.

Linda Lanam moved from teaching high school English and drama to a 30+ year career as a lawyer which she followed with more than a decade heading the Academic Resource Center at Virginia Theological Seminary. The one constant in her varied jobs has been her love of language and her desire to help people communicate more clearly and concisely. Today she works as an independent editorial consultant working with a variety of clients, individual and corporate.

Kyle Oliver, Chief Product Officer
Kyle has taught or co-taught courses for Virginia Theological Seminary, Church Divinity School of the Pacific, Teachers College at Columbia University, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Vibrant Faith Catalyst. An Episcopal priest, he has also served congregations in the Dioceses of Washington, New York, and California.  Kyle served as lead curator of Digital Learning @ Teachers College, an exhibition of innovative teaching and learning projects at the first and largest graduate school of education in the U.S.

John Roberto has spent a lifetime working in Christian faith formation—teaching, writing, researching, and consulting. He founded LifelongFaith Associates in 2006 to continue his work (www.LifelongFaith.com). His latest publication is Lifelong Faith: Formation for All Ages and Generations (Church Publishing, 2022). He has authored Reimagining Faith Formation for the 21st Century and Faith Formation 2020, and has served as editor and contributor to Faith Formation with a New Generation, Families at the Center of Faith Formation, Seasons of Adult Faith Formation, and Generations Together (Lifelong Faith publications).

Tania Schramm combines experience in communications and information technology systems development with a calling to ministry and faith formation. Her professional background in user experience design, as a systems analyst, and her M.Div. prepared her to accompany people who seek to engage, minister, teach, and learn in digital environments.
